Mental Moves 2024: Moving Black Women

Mental Moves is our annual interactive workshop on a mission to bridge the gap between mental health awareness and those in our communities. This year, we're peeling back the layers and exploring what it means to tend to our mental health and spiritual well-being as Black Women in America. Mental Moves 2024 will cover areas relating to Self Love and Self Awareness. Our team has joined forces to create a safe space where everyone can engage in open conversation, participate in reflective exercises, connect with Black Women owned small businesses and more. Come as you are and join us as we begin our unique self healing journey that will keep us moving towards happiness, purpose and success!

Since our event falls on a Sunday in Atlantaaa, what better way to set the vibe, than to include a little brunch in the mix!?!

(Disclaimer): Please note, this year's Mental Moves Workshop is for Ladies only, ages 16 and up. We have worked diligently to create a safe space where our demographic can fully express themselves and dive deep into our exercises without feeling the need to be filtered or censored. Conversations may include sensitive/traumatic topics, and the use of profanity will be allowed to an extent.
